Mish went beyond to help us with our visa applications
We had very difficult circumstances and Mish had patience with us
We paid in April and was only able in September to start our visa
Yet Mish helped us all the way and she didn't complain

Natalie was highly proficient and personable in the complex process of renewing my British passport.
